Courts produce report data in T+1 way. Overly long batch processing time due to insufficient computing power plus disability of horizontal expansion of traditional relational database leads to back-up on multiple computers, resulting in an increase in hardware cost.

The traditional relational database cannot meet the needs of establishing a real-time data processing platform for streaming data such as trial status, approval process, video and audio, as well as real-time display of large or small screens.

Due to limited expandability, traditional file database and image database have no more met the needs of courts' increasingly massive volume of document data, audio and video image data storage.

Since traditional internal court systems are mostly in "chimney" structures with different data standards, it is impossible to apply data across levels and systems.

Sharing of services and data with high level, addresses problems of data "storage, management, interconnection and usage" encountered in daily court work to realize construction of integrated intelligent court.

It facilitates the application of technologies such as intelligent voice, knowledge graph and neural network in court work to mitigate the pressure of too many cases overwhelming too few staff members in court at different levels and improve judicial justice and efficiency.

By assisting in government-court synergy and cross-prefecture management, it enables on-line processing of all court services, lawful disclosure of whole process, all-round intelligent services and all-factor digital transformation, to facilitate the construction of "modernization of judicial capacity and system".
